Maintaining My Routine

One of the biggest things that throws me off from reaching my goals and establishing new habits is a change in my environment. When I spend the holidays with my family, so many things distract me, almost all of them being awesome. So basically, I got to be aware that my routine must stay intact even when I am outside my zone. I have to remember that even though I am on holiday break, my goals are not. 

Its easy to try to change in a controlled environment, its when other unknown variables are at work around you, thats when you have to stay diligent and maintain focus…my morning routine is as follows:

  1. Stretch
  2. Meditate
  3. Exercise
  4. Calendar/To Do List Check
  5. 1 Errand if possible
  6. Breakfast
